In Italy your Dimmler will be delivered for free.
The orders are dispatched by Royal Trading Srl from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The delivery time is three weeks from the actual payment. We need this amount of time because your shoes are entirely handmade according to your preferences and customization.
In urgent instances, please call us at the (+39) 0575984071 and we will try to move up the delivery time.
The orders will be dispatched at the delivery address that you provide us with your order form. We are not responsible if the delivery address is wrong. Please, note that we don't deliver to the post-office box.
For security reasons, each delivery has to be accepted and countersigned.
